RESPONSIBILITIES
Field supervision and inspection of work.
Submitting work and hot work permit.
Provide technical expertise as area of responsibility.
Supervises maintenance staff by determining workloads, schedules and assigned workplace.
Respond to emergencies as requested.
Coordinates activities with other responders.
Directs the work of staff and utilization of resources to repair and ensure safety at all times.
Ensure efficiency and productivity at utmost level in all times.
Lead and supervise 2 team leaders (day and night shift).
Applying monthly preventive maintenance with checklist.
Coordinate directly with customer - Handle customer complaints.
Proper follow up for completion of the work and customer satisfaction.
Develops, interprets and implement company policies and procedures.
Prepare quotations for clients and invoicing process.
Office administrative duties in support of the functional area of assignment.
Inspection and preparation of condition report for new outlets.
