• Managed relationships with the client executives, developing solutions, managing multiple complex projects, interfacing with all vendors, consultants and support services, project planning, including budgets, project controls including budget management, risk management, executive reporting. • Participated in corporate strategy development to include IT capital planning; evaluated, recommended, participated in procurement, and managed relationships with vendors and contractor.
• Created processes such as project governance, operational budget and spend management across IT investments, coordination and oversight of IT audit and compliance processes, oversight of and reporting on service level performance, relationship management of customer stakeholders,
• Managed multiple, large-scale IT programs with intense executive visibility and scrutiny.
• Managed input from business and technology stakeholders to develop business cases and long-term service plans, including overseeing the execution of multiple, large-scale technology initiatives.
• Managed the offshore development, delivery, and ongoing support and maintenance teams; supporting complex systems and the quality of deliverables, cost, budget, risk management, vision, strategic planning, and IT communication.
