• Project Manager for European Commission FP7 projects within the Space team - responsible for the smooth running, cost control and efficient management of all aspects of assigned projects. Currently managing 3 projects with a total sales value of £250, 000.
• Project Coordinator for EC FP7 project GARNET-E - financed with €1 million from the Research Executive Agency (REA), GARNET-E ran for two years from May 1 2010, supported by 17 partners in both Europe and Africa. Responsible for management of all partners, organising 4 regional workshops in Africa, financial reporting to the EC, writing and collation of deliverables and final reports. Achieved internal project profit margin of 42%.
• Successful completion of 10 further UK and European projects.
• Facilities Management - managing the smooth day to day running of the Farnborough building and site services, to include alarm system and security, fire control, cleaning contract, vending facilities, purchases for site and general management of the Company's contractors.
• Liaising with the Landlord for all site issues
• Provision of general administrative support to all Departments on site - travel, software support, staff inductions.
• Health & Safety Manager for the site ensuring the Company's compliance with current Health and Safety and implementation of changes as required and instructed.
• Assist with site ISO 14001 environmental certification.
