Submits Daily Sales Report to the managers for both BBISD-RETAIL & BBISD-EPC
Prepares local Goods Receipt in System and Sales Return/ Returned Goods Register
Arranges all local deliveries in DXB, RAK, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Oman, & Qatar
Assists customers regarding credit and cash sales
Sends the required Material Test Certificates base on client’s request
Responds to all email/ phone queries regarding orders and deliveries
Maintains and manages all important reports regarding cash invoices, cheques, vehicle hire, etc.
Reviews related files to release invoices, certificates, & other documents to sales, accounts, or other concerned department for data consistency
Checks accuracy of dispatched documents & does administrative tasks as needed
Inputs document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
Follows the assigned invoice/ do, grs, epc item part numbers, & other various tracking numbers
Performs data control and quality management reports base on ISO guidelines & required format
Tracking the pending documents and deliveries through daily progress reports
Manual follow up with the internal team for the schedule of all pending tasks
Coordinates activities, which include verifying and reporting on document progress
Day to Day Duties: Demonstrates ability to work accurately, follows instructions/ schedules/timelines and handle multiple priorities
Key Tasks: “The receipt and distribution of local documentation both hard copy & electronic, “The scanning and filing of local and import data (GRS, MTCs, sister-concern invoices)
Ensures document-correspondence handling & approved local purchase orders in accordance to Company procedures
Hands-on participation in task-oriented, and steady-state document management activities
Provides an efficient service in the data compilation and local deliveries while ensuring all requirements are accurate
Utilizing a range of office software, including email, excel spreadsheets and department databases (Citrix/ Sun System)
