• Creates Purchase Requisition and LPO.
• In-charge of the filing and documentation of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Perform general clerical duties, circulate memos, correspondences etc.
• In-charge of the proper documentation and updating of relevant key personnel such as
Client and Supplier contact person, contact details, addresses, et. al on company database.
• Multi-tasking functions.
• Creates written reports and directly informing the officer.
• Administrative functions.
• Prepares Minutes of the Meeting.
• To coordinate all relevant information to the booking schedule in a neat organized manner to maximize guest satisfaction.
• To remain flexible and willing to respond to any changes in the department dictated by the needs of the business.
• To be responsible for all billing procedure at the reception desk and the correct reconciliation of funds at the close of each shift and at the end of the day’s work
