Primarily responsible for the data entry and monitoring of daily sales transactions in the Peachtree system, motivating collectors to achieve 100% of the collection target on a monthly & yearly basis, and submission of related financial reports from the system.
As exclusive distributor of Haagen Dazs ice creams, Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino waters, Illy coffee machine and Pittas cheese and having several shops and restaurants is required to handle customer complaints and requests related to orders and payments.
In-charge of the books of accounts of a newly-opened coffee shop in Dubai, from monitoring of sales, checking of receipts/ invoices of suppliers, preparation of checks for all payables including payroll and submission of the related financial reports.
Obtains accuracy in remittances of all rent collections, settlement of bounced cheques and disbursement of refund from 20 properties with coordination and application of different policies from 6 different Landowners.
