I became a training officer and was appointed to train the staff on product knowledge. This helped in the increase of sales by over fifty percent on the dead stock.
I became a best seller of three consecutive months and was able to achieve more than 80 percent of the set monthly target. This made the store sales increase the conversion rate that is the average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction unit (ATV).
I was chosen to be an assistant store manager and assist the store manager in the day to day running of the store. My ability to interact well with the customers and create a good rapport enabled me to be appointed as the customer relation staff. This made me be able to lead the team on good customer understanding.
I lead the team in stock taking due to by attention to detail and near perfect record keeping. This helped in reducing discrepancies and errors that occur due to improper recording.
