Provide strategic and operational support to the Management in ensuring smooth operations of the firm having staff strength of over 150 employees (Showroom and Warehouse). Report directly to the Brand Manager.
• Direct responsibility for fulfillment of the relevant application of employment at the Ministry of Labour and Immigration Department, Ministry of Health, making sure that all other formalities of the actual engagement is properly completed and that arrangements for starting work are effectively made as well as all formality for employment cancellation both in Ministry of Labour and Immigration Department.
• Implement Human Resources & Administration Management Policies and practices to support business needs and provide first line advice on Human Resource issues and administration.
• Develop and maintain a pleasant and creative work environment, constant review of HR Policies and their implementation, statutory compliances, welfare and general administration.
• Responsible for enhancing human and employee relations and team development to provide effective support to the operations on all personnel and business related issues.
• Undertake various assignments related to the development of the firm’s organizational structure and procedures in order to achieve improvements or introduce new operational methods, systems and procedures to ensure the optimum utilization of available manpower.
• Plan, direct and control purchasing and maintenance and to provide all administrative support services.
• Arrange travel reservation for all company employees from Managing Director to rank and file.
• Petty cash disbursement with an average of AED 10, 000 monthly expenditure.
• Authorized to prepare operational purchase orders in the Head Office, Showrooms and Warehouse.
• Receiving calls, arranging appointment in behalf of the Brand Manager and Managing Director
• Collecting and sorting of mails at the Post Office.
• Assisting Showroom day to day operations.
• Arrange visa applications for Managing Director and Brand Manager and to its business associates
• Arrange travel documents for all employees
