In-charge for providing accurate and timely advice and support services to employees surrounding human resource related policies and practices. Coordinating the entire process of recruitment up to deployment stages includes maintaining accurate, comprehensive personnel and recruitment records.
Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit and providing full administrative support to the HR Manager. Also involves in the day to day operations of the HR & Admin and logistics departments.
