Manage the hiring process by candidates, job posting, vetting, sourcing and selecting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
o Perform orientations, onboarding and asset distribution
o Prepare end of service, warning and termination letters
Maintain records of personnel-related data: personal information, leaves, exit interviews, grievances, SIRA training, COVID vaccination, in online and cloud-based softwares
Assist CEO with the team’s performance management/ appraisal
Produce and present reports on general HR activity: turnover rate, compliance with MOL standards, hiring progress, training progress
Assist other departments accordingly (payroll, training, operations)
Elaborate ad-hoc HR projects, like customer survey sastisfaction, client feedback, company newsletter, etc.
Conduct daily administrative tasks and social media content
* Maintain training and trainers database
* Prepare training material
* Schedule training calendar
* Assist project international meetings, seminars
* Conduct Portuguese Literacy Training
* Write projects and find other funding alternatives for the NGO
