 Emirates Steel Wool Mfg Est. Abu Dhabi, UAE- 27th November 2017 to Present-Worked in admin department for export sales.
Duties involved:
• Organize business operations, exhibitions, and exports orders and shipment.
• Checking emails and forwarding them to the different departments.
• Make international and domestic hotel bookings and travel plan for the Managing Director
• Responsible for all vendor management which includes ordering equipment and supplies, monitoring service levels, invoice reconciliation.
• Executing all Administration Jobs.
• Reviewing Stock List, making Enquiries and Price Comparisons (for best price) both locally & overseas for material purchasing.
• Arranging for truck and containers and handle all logistics work.
• Prepare cash or cheques requisitions and coordinate with accounts department to arrange payment for our suppliers.
• Reviewing and confirming to prepare Quotations, Pro-forma Invoices, Enquiries, Requests, Internal Memos, e-mails, Letters, etc.
• Reviewing fax messages/emails (Quotations, Enquiries, Internal Memos, etc) and giving instruction to do the needful.
• Frequently contacting Customers & Suppliers for all inquiries and quotations.
• Tracking Customer’s Job and Payment Status.
• Organized all Local and International Exhibitions & Affairs on behalf of the company in Dubai, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt.
• Schedule management meetings. Assist another department whenever it is required.
• Negotiate with supplier related purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery, and service)
• In-charge of sending out a request for quotation to suppliers
• Coordinate with the storekeeper related to the material request.
• Follow up orders, coordinate with suppliers & stores to ensure the delivery on time.
• Sending out the vendor's approval form to the new supplier.
• Preparing supporting document against invoices before submitting to the accounts dept.
• Packing samples and booking courier services and ensuring that the samples have reached the consignee.
• Track shipments from Order to deliver to a warehouse or final destination.
