-Deputy Store Manager

• Motivate and train the team to achieve their daily sales plan.
• Perform QSF(Quality Service Frame work) to the team in order to measure their customer service.
• Monitor the TOL and perform DAR inspection.
• Create weekly schedule for all outright and store consignor.
• Monitor promotional activities and marketing collateral were received and display accordingly.
• Collaborate in planning of activities and sales strategies for the Department.
• Monitor the stock inventory, aging items, fast and slow moving items.
Celio- (June-August) and ALDO- (August- March)
• Oversees the daily operation of the store.
• Manage and the store monthly budget.
• Handle cash (POS) and all Admin related works.
