Producing designs / quotations for any IT solution or requirements of the client.
Ensuring all design & project documentation / drawings are completed accurately in line with all
applicable regulation
Assisting based operations with planning, project control and project delivery from a design
perspective.
Produce & update post installation project documentation.
Ensuring a timely response to all enquiries
Presenting a professional image at all times
Ensuring all quotations are accurately cost
Adherence to Company’s policies and procedures
Works on technical assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving
issues or in making recommendations. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment
and initiative.
Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Normally receives
little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
Assist with RPI/RFP/RFQ processes for new technologies and collaborate peers, and Vendor
technical organizations when required to drive long-term improvements.
* Office Administrator
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Handling external or internal communication or management systems

* Document Controller
Copy, scan and store documents
Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
File documents in physical and digital records
Create templates for future use
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Organize develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs.
Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
Supervise all activities carried out by Course Coordinators in the absence of the Training
Supervisor.
Establish and maintain professional relationship with customers.
Carry out direct marketing activities such as telemarketing and research to market assigned
course.
Report any enquiry, request, recommendation or feedback received from customers while
marketing the course.
Report all registrations received for the assigned course to the Training Supervisor.
Prepare methodically for "Go" courses with the objective of making the courses successful.
Represent the company at course venues and assist Instructors and participants during the
actual conduct of the course.
Perform all coordination work required during the actual course delivery in the most professional
manner.
Interview all course participants and report all feedback to the/QC/Quality Manager/Operations
Manager.
Update the QA/QC/Quality Manager/Operations Manager regarding the status of the course on a
continuous basis and bring to their attention current or potential problems.
As soon as the course is completed, accomplish the Course Completion File and forward the
same to the Training Supervisor.
Liaise with colleagues and/or superiors regarding the proper use of the customer database.
Participate in daily/weekly meetings and recommend suggestions on how to improve the work
and increase the efficiency of the company.
Report any issue, concern, or problem that may affect the performance of work.
Respect, liaise, cooperate and help colleagues to build a positive team spirit.
Respect, adhere and follow company policies, rules and standards.
Maintain company confidentiality, discipline, dress code, good housekeeping and proper use of
equipment and tools.
Adapt positively to changing circumstances and revise work plans accordingly.
Communicate important and/or urgent issues directly to the Training Superintendent/Training
Manager or the CEO.
Review Course/Seminar/Workshop Checklist morning and afternoon of each day and ensure
compliance to the same on a daily basis.
Perform other work-related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by immediate
superiors.
Assume the authorities of the Training Supervisor in her absence.
Organizing and preparing materials and equipment on the training outside UAE especially in GCC
countries.
Track and report on training outcomes.
Marketing a particular course over the phone for 8 weeks to the clients.
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology Handle logistics for
training activities including venues and equipment.
Manage and maintain in-house or public training facilities and equipment.
