Plan, organize and execute medical congresses and conference in Lebanon and the Region:
 Meet with Medical Societies, pharmaceutical companies and other groups to promote and discuss conference, convention, exhibition, workshops and launching events.
 Coordinate services for Congresses such as venue allocation, booking coordination, set-up requirements, accommodation, catering, transportation of delegates, promotion and promotional items, displays, audiovisual requirements, flight booking, signage and printing, translation and support services.

 Negotiate contracts for services and support services, approve suppliers’ invoices, maintain financial records, review final billing submitted to clients for events and prepare reports required.
 Coordination and participation in various operational meetings pre and post event.
 Preparing and sending rooming list to Hotels, airport transfers, shuttle service, and special requirements from delegates and sponsored delegates.
 General administrative assistance tasks, when needed.

 Proper email communication with departments by sending all the confirmations, Banquet Event Orders, adjustments and cancellations, menus, signage and other details.
 Prepared and sent reports such as daily forecast, weekly forecast, three month forecast, revenue report, daily banquet report, Duty Rota.
 Maintained proper communication between finance, banquet operation, F & B, cost control, finance, concierge, and kitchen and security.
