• Promote the company brand to key buyers, ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate.
• The creation and proposition of online & offline promotional strategies across a wide range of digital media.
• Managing the media sales process from lead generation through to closing and invoicing the sale.
• Selling creative media solutions to agencies and clients
• Act as account lead, managing the activities of Account Team in line with agreed deliverables within scope and SLA boundaries.
• Coach team members, assisting where needed, and begin to delegate tasks with the purpose of skill development.
• Act as an escalation point for Account Managers and Account Executives as required while coaching individuals in problem solving and decision making where opportunities are available
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with client on a day to day basis taking the lead from Account Director
• Management of client and company expectations, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers as needed.
• Review, comment and update key financial reports for accounts
• Identify new opportunities to grow revenue individual accounts, preparing a financial proposal to accompany the initiative, and present to Account Director/Client Services Director for approval before presenting to client.
• Commercial awareness making the right decisions that will benefit the client and Property Finder
• Promote wider Property Finder services to the client actively focusing on opportunities for cross selling and developing your clients work portfolio.
• Manage all internal department briefings and the amends process ensuring reliable, consistent and accurate briefs are completed
• Engage in the planning and execution of a new client/project implementation
• Writing up concise, value-based sales proposals.
• Developing and maintaining a database of all contacts, valuating the business ideas according to the company criteria
• Carrying out the supporting market studies
• Cultivates the relationship with the major accounts
• New product pipelines of the major potential and existing customers
• Competitor intelligence.
