• Supervising business travel, reception and transport function including staff accommodation/transport.
• Supervising all service personnel including office boys, office clerks and office assistants.
• Ensuring prompt vehicle insurance, registration and maintenance of all company vehicles.
• Supervise purchase of furniture, stationery, printing requirements and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
• Managing office space requirements, security and maintenance of all offices.
• Assisting the Project Director in all his documentation requirements such as, sending e-mails, typing letters to Consultant, Suppliers &
Subcontractors and Internal Memos to different departments,
arranging schedules for various sites, etc.
• Composes and types letters for Project Engineers and Site Engineers for Suppliers, Subcontractors, Consultant, etc.
• Ensuring that filing system is in its proper system, in coordination with the Document Controller.
• Preparing Inspection Requests Form from Site Engineers and submits the same to Consultant.
• Preparing Submittals of Method Statements and Prequalification documents of Suppliers and Subcontractors from
Technical./Contracts/QA/QC Planning Dept. and submits the same
to Consultant.
• Prepares Submittal logs for Weekly & Monthly reports for Submittal to Consultant and for the Monthly Internal Audit.
• Performing other related task that is required from time to time.
• Collecting, files and secures Project Progress
• Directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities
• Managing various operations at a facility works within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action.
