• Assess patients’ physical, medical and psychological status and notify charge nurse and
physician regarding clinical changes

Gives first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed
• Assists the doctor in providing patient care, which includes daily consultations, preparation
of the equipments in diagnostics and minor surgeries
• Facilitates annual physical exam, pre- employment medical exams, vaccinations and blood
donations
• Provided referrals and consultation with physician and specialists when appropriate
• Accompanies and endorses patients during hospital transfers
• Maintains confidentiality with health records, document patients’ information and update the
patient profile
• Encourage health maintenance and promotion through counseling and awareness activities,
also conducts home visits
• Prepares and submits monthly medical health and sickness reports
• Coordinates with administrative staffs regarding employee's health and medical concerns

Manila East Medical Center
Tertiary-Private Hospital with a hundred plus bed capacity, rotated in all General Medical-Surgical
Wards and special areas including Operating and Delivery Room, Emergency and Intensive Care Unit
• Responsible for admitting and discharging patients from hospital
• Implemented patient care for up to seven patients daily in general ward
• Provided all direct routine care to patients while also performing initial assessments,
discharge planning which also included initial nursing diagnosis and coordinating patients/
family education
• Administered drug therapy intravenously and different routes then monitored effectiveness
and adverse side effects of medications for patient treatments
• Enhanced patients' knowledge of recognition of illness requiring medical intervention
