Saudi Oger Ltd. / Oger International (http://www.ogerinternational.com/ )   Senior Coordinator  I comply with all requests and work assigned as Design,  synthesis,  coordination... Site: Facades and all Metal works (internal ‐  external) Manager   Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University   February 2010 to December 2011   A new university for women.  The university covers 8 million square meters with total built up area of around 3 millions  square meters. The university includes administration buildings,  13 faculties,  a 700‐bed student hospital,  laboratories,   Research centers,  and residential area.  In a 1st  Phase as responsible for Visa of Shop drawings,  Tender Packages,  Coordination,  synthesis and elaboration of Facades  Shop drawings,  Value engineering and Design progress meetings. The 2nd  Phase as Leader Coordinator synthesis and  elaboration of MEP Shop drawings for Zone 4. Hospital and in the 3rd  Phase Senior Coordinator - Manager Facades for  hospital and Research Center and Responsible for all metal works,  primary and secondary structure (interior and exterior)  structural and architectural.  Jabal Omar Development Project  September 2009 to February 2010   Jabal Omar Development project covers over an area of two million square meters located around the Grand Mosque in  Makkah,  Saudi Arabia. The project involves construction of 37 towers including residential towers,  40 hotels,  a retail  concourse,  58, 000 square meters prayer areas,  a 2, 000‐seat conference hall,  and related facilities. The project will be  implemented in three phases. Phase I will include nine towers with hotels and residential apartments,  phase II includes  towers,  four hotels and 72 apartments while details of phase III are yet to be revealed. The project is aimed to provide  accommodation and supporting facilities for visitors and residents of the holy city of Makkah   Mission: Visa of Shop drawings,  Tender Packages,  Coordination,  synthesis and elaboration of Shop drawings,  Value  engineering. Design progress meetings and 3D modelization  KAUST ‐ King Abdullah University of Science and Technology   January 2008 to October 2009   KAUST’s core campus,  located on the Red Sea at Thuwal,  is sited on more than 36 square kilometers (14 sq mi),  encompassing  a marine sanctuary and research facility.  My Mission prepare the Tender Packages,  Coordination and follow‐up of subcontractors,   Synthesis ARC/DECO,  ARC/MEP and  ARC/STR,  Synthesis of façades,  Site follow‐up,  supervision and control of quality of execution,  observations and reserves mark‐ ups and Assistance and help to the coordinators on site.
