Supervise teams in airport security checkpoints, to certified that all procedures established by the National authority civil aviation (INAC) are made, prevent elligal acts againt's civil aviation. Talk to problematic passengers and try to sort out or manager the problem, Help lost passengers, teach and put right my workteams, check the equipment by making tests, do reports, for exemple: (firefighting, baggages irregularities, damage equipment, damage bags, lost bags, personal effects lost, operator's language abuse, security elements outfits, many other things that can happen in my work day.)
