1. Arrange the equipment, utensils and other materials intended for maintenance operations (guest rooms, public areas, etc);
2. Diagnose and repair faults according to the different technological bases, such as: electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic;
3. Test or participate in the test equipment as well as monitor and control the performance of the equipment (guest rooms, public areas, etc) and installs new equipment when required;
4. Collect information on the organization of work regarding the distribution of tasks, their sequence and priorities;
5. Ensure the supply chain management and storage of parts and components:
5.1. Proceed with refueling (request) of raw materials and other necessary goods and verify the conservation status of these;

6. Check and prepare the terms of use and cleaning of equipment and utensils;
7. Establish preventive maintenance strategies based on information collected on the characteristics of equipment;
8. Record the services, accounting for the consumption;
9. Accounting spending on maintenance by type of equipment; Meet and resolve complaints from different sections taking into account the need to maintain a good relationship climate;
10.Responsible for the prevention plan against proliferation of pneumophila Legionella, ensuring monitoring and disinfection of all the emission sources, such as heads of showers, chillers, cleaning of all air conditioning split, check the daily chlorine levels in sampling points strategical throughout the hotel, etc;
11 .Ensure for compliance with health and safety standards in force;
12. Installation and maintenance of air conditioning;
13. Maintenance fire networks;
14. Monitoring of restoration works;
15. Maintenance / repair plumbing / water networks.
17. Water harvesting for analysis;
18. Execution of copper and polyethylene welding, welding in iron.
19. Attends work on time as scheduled;
20. Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations;

29. Performs repairs and routine maintenance on walk-in-coolers, fridge, ice machine, water coolers, cabinet cooler, and other refrigeration equipment;
30. Performs repairs and routine maintenance on chillers, package units, splits units, heat exchangers, and chilling units;
31. Performs routine tour to all plant rooms to check AHU units, cooling tower performance adding of chemicals and reports immediately of any findings;
32. Performs routine air conditions condenser cleaning;
33. Performs air condition filters cleaning throughout the hotel;
34. Attends urgent complains of minor nature of electrical, plumbing, or TV.
35. Attends training to remain current on proper techniques;
36. Suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, and actively participates and contributes to the energy conservation program of the hotel.
