Activities: Selection and approval of the inspectors, development of the manuals and follow-up, of the activities of Qa / Qc, in all the projects. Reports of progress to the Geral management, meetings with the client.
Achievements: Implementation of the system in record time, advances in the trust status of the client, fast approval of the formats and procedures. Delivery of the projects on time and without costs out of budget.
INGERCAD: It is a Venezuelan company, dedicated to Consulting Engineering and to the construction of projects within the refinery and oil fields, in addition to external projects. Its biggest customer is PDVSA. With this company I worked from August 2008, until the month of April 2017. Engineering and Construction activities were developed.
Activities: Project control, planning and development of engineering and project construction. Management of coordination with the client. Control of man hours, selection and approval of supervisors and foremen, coordination with technical room, coordination with the department of Qa / Qc.Direction of field activities.

DEN SPIE: It is a French construction company, based in Venezuela, its main customer is PDVSA. I was assigned to the staff staff as construction project manager, for my experience in the previous company where I worked and they knew my work. But I still had not graduated as an Engineer.
Activities: Personnel and Resources Management, for the construction and erection of plants and construction projects. Meetings and Coordination with the client. Address of the Department of Qa / Qc, Planning and reception of materials and release and collection of the same for the construction, Stakeout in field and verification in the field of activities and good assembly practice, follow the rules of construction, invoicing and contractual claims.

ALFATEC / ANSEVEN: Consortium of Italian origin, working in Venezuela, whose biggest client is PDVSA. After having been, Technician, Supervisor and Superintendent in other companies, I started working here, as a project manager, although at the beginning I was the head of the work. With this company I developed several projects, from electrical substations to complete plants as SUPER OCTANOS and SUPER METANOL. My greatest skill in this company was my knowledge of the areas of electricity and instrumentation.
