• Entrusting with the overall accountability of handling and overseeing the ALMARKAZ Estate, facilities management, and day-to-day maintenance requirements. Producing the daily/monthly/annual reports in regards with ALMARKAZ estate, facilities management, day to day maintenance, contractor works, and tenant premises inspections
• Addressing the tenant’s requirements and recommending prompt actions through direct dealing.

• Handling the core accountability of health, safety inspections, and reporting. Steering an array of activities, including preparation of FM Maintenance regime, requirements, programs, and budgets; specification for FM and maintenance works; RFPs for contractors tendering FM and maintenance contracts; documentation and supervision of minor capital projects
• Examining the tenant fit-out proposals and overseeing the tenant fit-out works & contractors
• Planned strategy to ensure efficient management of assets - Managed, maintained and supported the reliability of the systems, equipment, properties and assets in the facility
• Developing and directing a team of internal project/construction managers, assistants, and coordinators to successfully deliver complex projects within a live dynamic environment. Nurturing and maintaining robust client relationships.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. Assures resource availability and allocation.
• Preparation and submission of regular and required reports such as daily site reports, maintenance schedules, accident/incident reports, operational, snags list, etc.
• Overseeing and administering the civil, electrical, and mechanical supervisors.
• Arranging and coordinating the schedule with contractors in line with PPM, monthly testing, quarterly maintenance concerning operations of equipment, pumps, electrical works, other necessary equipment & related work schedules
• Reviews, prepares and submits quotations from various suppliers and liaise with operators, technicians, for the accuracy and quality.

•Entrusted with the accountability of formulating a schedule of activities daily, weekly & monthly basis and producing the periodical reports of the contractor’s work progress. Ensured implementation of QHSE standards and Human Factors throughout the projects.
•Administered and monitored the project process and aligned processes with the approved drawing, specifications, following method statement, and of the best quality. Contributed to producing the ITR (Inspection Testing Request) and other documents for testing, material approval, and inspection as per method statement and ITP.
•As QAQC Engineer responsible for preparing for Inspection Testing Report, arranging inspection with consultant, review and implement MS.
•Record, report and track all issues identified as a result of all monitoring activities including inspections,
•Testing and assessments performed both internally and external to ensure appropriate resolution.
•Review Contractor quality plan(s) and assessment and management review schedules and results.
•Ensure review of manufacturing special processes as specified in applicable contract requirements.
•Contribute to the comprehensive integration and support of all quality activities during all phases of the project.
•Participate in the development and review of project-specific quality requirements of all contractor.
•Identify, communicate and participate in resolution of issues resulting from all review, monitoring and assessment activities.
•Implement all aspects of the quality management systems and quality assurance / control
of site supervision activities provision across the project, including the delivery of quality installations in
accordance with the contract documents, relevant international standards and local
authorities’ requirements as well as providing technical support, performing specialised quality assurance /
control inspections, and submission of reviews and mentoring the staff.
•Held responsible for generating the permits and NOCs. Played a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring the diversion of utilities such as traffic signals, streetlights, irrigation lines, water lines, sewerage, power cable, and telephone line.
•Orchestrated efforts in planning and executing five major road diversions, including 400 perimeters Round About at junction as the main construction area for Metro Station box. Hands-on in more than 10 stages of road diversion and provide alternatives.
•Steered the architectural and internal fit-out activities such as paintings, tiles installation, fixing of claddings & ceiling works.
•Piloted the civil construction for different projects such as road constructions and asphalting, landscaping works for tiles for hard, and grass for soft landscaping. Gained exponential knowledge in the Diaphragm Wall construction method.
•Oversaw and administered the structural concrete slab construction from the preparation of formation, compaction, FDT, and casting blinding concrete to rebar installation, formworks/ shutter fixing, installation of opening, starter bars, and concreting.
•Well-versed with the bulk excavation up to 30m deep, including 4 levels (roof, concourse, intermediate, and raft slab).
•Oversaw and reviewed the different methods of NDRC (Non-Destruction Road Construction), such as HDD-Horizontal Direct Drilling and Micro tunneling. Progressively managed the Construction of internal structures such as stairs, platform slabs, columns & walls, non-structural walls, and reinforced concrete walls.
•Carried out the Dewatering activities and piling works. Monitored the formulation of points for piers' location and route.
•Administered and reviewed the construction of piers, from piling activities to concrete casting and proper curing.
•Developed hands-on experience in the installation of precast elevated viaducts.
•Handled the core accountability of the construction of five nos. Temporary decking or bridges.
•Meticulously led the Parapet wall construction (0.8-1.0m thick) track bed activities for train rail (0.5mthick).
•Performed the Waterproof distillation at raft slab and roof level with screed protection.
•Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s “As-Built” drawings reflecting in detail the as-built conditions and approve the As-Built drawings
