• To work in BIM team reporting to BIM Manager.
• Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions .
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• BIM in Revit from various inputs like PDF, AutoCAD and Point Cloud Data (Laser scan).
• Create Model in various LODs from LOD 100 to LOD 350.
• To use clash detection process to find clashes within and between disciplines.
• Use BIM 360 to coordinate with different teams and models.
• Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, shop drawings and revision drawings
from BIM model and generate CAD and PDF files.
• Preparation of shop drawings, revision drawings and as- built drawings.
• Prepare BIM (Revit) Model from Design Drawings using Revit Architecture 2015.
• Prepare Revit Family as per the requirement of project.
• Annotate & Detail Revit Model, and arrange them in drawing Sheets.
• Revise BIM model as per the informations and updates from site team.
• Prepares Architectural drawings as required from detailed sketches, layouts and
specific instructions.
• Revise and amend layout according to client specifications.
• To keep track of revisions in drawings.
• Understand design & identify potential space constrains or coordination problems with discipline while working on drawings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Preparation of shop drawings, revision drawings and as- built drawings.
· Prepares Architectural drawings as required from sketches, layouts and specific instructions.
· Revise and amend layout according to client specifications.
· To prepare Drawings to coordinate various services for various medical equipment.
· Understand design & identify potential space constrains or coordination problems with discipline
while working on drawings.
· To assist Architects to co-coordinate activities between various sub-contractors and consultants.
· Prepares engineering drawings on CAD / Revit system which involves limited design and establish a
complete and accurate data as necessary.
· Providing details as follow-up for site execution team and sub-contractors.
