The scope of work includes:
(1.) Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails,
(2.) Closing new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries, verifying and entering information,
(3.) Evaluating Client requirement, providing information and explanations, preparing quotations,
(4.) Closing orders, transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, explaining stock-outs,
(5.) Maintaining communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems,
(6.) Maintaining and improving quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities,
(7.) Contributing in accomplishing individual and overall sales goals by exploring new opportunities,
(8.) Maintaining logs and records for reference, Client Database, contact details of existing and potential clients for future use etc.
Job Description :
*Technical Evaluation of Client requirement,
*Selection of correct equipment or fittings depending on the Area Classification and protection required,
*Providing Technical Datasheets, Installation manuals etc. to the Client for Technical approval,
*Sourcing out the suppliers and materials from the market etc.
*Technical and Commercial followup and replying to Technical queries from Client to facilitate the finalization of Order,
*Order processing and final price negotiations with suppliers and sources to increase the overall profit margin of the order,
*Providing all required Technical datasheets and certifications before the final delivery of materials,
*Maintaining Log sheets for current quotations and orders received for future followup and reference.
Executing the duties of Electrical & Mechanical Site Engineer.
Handling the Official paperwork & meetings with Project Manager & Engineer, Main Contractor and Consultant & End Client.
Designing, drafting, checking & reviewing MEP Auto CAD drawings. (Electrical, Mechanical - Plumbing & Drainage & AC Drawings)
Preparing, submitting & follow-up of DEWA documents, conducting Site inspection, routine meetings etc.
Day to day and Long Term Site Work Planning & Supervision, HR, Safety & Financial Management.
Preparing the ‘As fitted Drawing - Final Drawing’, conducting Final Inspections, Handing-over to the End Client etc.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 Years) from Govt. Polytechnic, Kalamassery, Kerala, India.
