To manage sales and deliveries and to arrange meetings with key customers. To help director and owner in various issues to resolve the problems in smooth and effective way. To manage staff where required and give them proper training for the smooth running of the business
Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
Develop forms and records to document program activities
To develop proposals for the various relevant coming up funding opportunities through consultants.
Staff the program
In consultation with the Executive Director, recruit, interview and select well-qualified program staff
Implement the human resources policies, procedures and practices of the organization
Ensure that personnel files for the program are properly maintained and kept confidential
To attend meetings with various governmental as well private donors project activities in project area.
Ensure financial reports and supporting documentation for funders are prepared as outlined in funding agreements
Ensure that all financial records for the program are up to date.
It is non profit non governmental organization working for the community development through its various social projects.
It was a souvenir retail store and my job was to operate the store.i was to attend the customer and satisfy them to my level best and introduce them new products and help to make maximum sale.
i was responsible to make display and to introduce new items to the store and to deal with the suppliers.

i have done Master in Business Administration (MBA)with 67% marks.The major courses are Sale management, principle of accounting,Principles of marketing,marketing management.Advertising,labor law,human behavior,Banking law and practice, basic computer,Hotel management,Human Resource management.
The major subjects were the following. Introduction to Business,Principles of intermediate accounting,Micro Economics,Macro Economics,Money and Banking,Business Mathematics,Business English,Fundamental of marketing.
i havepassed FSc (Pre Medical) with 66% marks from Qurtuba College .The main focus in this subject is on the basic concept of Science special medical sceinces. The main subjects are English,Physics,chemistry,Biology, and islaymiat.
