* Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solution.
* Design, develop and support the business intelligence platform of Power BI using the BYOD concept of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Provide functional and technical support to the food and beverage retail business using Oracle Hospitality Inventory Management, Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics, and Oracle Hospitality Simphony Enterprise Management Console.
* Design and develop software applications using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic and DevExpress control.
* Prepare the backend of the applications using a relational database mainly Microsoft SQL Server and create views, procedures, triggers etc.
* Create reports using Crystal Report and design and develop business intelligence tools using SQL Server Analysis Service (SSAS).
* Research the application requirement and prepare the Software Requirement Specification document as per the company standard.
* Prepare user manuals and prepare demos of the application and conduct training and provide support to users.

Analyse existing system, design and implement new functionalities, maintain data consistency and integrity of the ERP which is developed using VB .Net and MS SQL Server.
Developing and maintaining websites for the company and its clients using ASP .Net
