Assigned in Kuwait Air Force Ahmed Al Jaber Base (AAJB) as Lead ILS Research Analyst under GOLDesp Supply Program an Enterprise Service Platform that provides a wide range of logistics support in the material management for their Boeing F-A/18C/D Hornet Fighter. Collecting all the necessary information of all the parts inside the Technical Stores/Warehouse to input properly in GOLDesp this includes NSN, Part number, Cage, Description, Unit of issue, Source of supply (SOS) etc. using FedLog Department of Logistics Agency’s system (DLA) and other source of supply reference like ISO parts Webflis NSN Center. I am also performing transactions in GOLDesp like Part Requesting, Issuing, Receiving, Acquisition Request (MILS Ordering) AO1 and A05, Creating Location Codes, Changing Bin Location, Updating Serial Number for Reparable Parts Creating and updating Part Catalog and Annual Inventory using Mobile Warehouse. As a Lead ILS Research Analyst part of my duty is to provide daily/weekly report showing the summary of all the transaction done daily/weekly inside the GOLDesp system. Reporting also includes updates for the ongoing Physical Inventory, will include Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentation if necessary.
Handles all the mannequins’ outfits and styling, windows display and visual merchandising of the store according to the brand standards. My work includes planning on how to achieve the job on a given time and how to sell the garments fast by making nice outfits on the mannequin.
