HANDLES 450 TO 1200 LABOR FORCE WORKING UNDER VARIOUS DISCIPLINES AS CIVIL WORKS, UNDERGROUND PIPING, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, E&I, PIPE WELDING, PAINTING AND INSULATION ON A GRASSROOT OIL&GAS ARAMCO REFINERY PROJECT AT YANBU AND GAS SWEETENING PROJECT AT WASIT, JUBAIL.
Worked as Construction Manager in YASREF Project, Yanbu and ARAMCO Gas Program, Wasit, Saudi Arabia.
Initiated and handled the construction of 5-km pipe rack foundations interconnecting with other packages as well as of lift stations, flare systems, substations and road works.
Acted as Site Manager handling 1600 manpower at YASREF Project.
Acted as internal Interface Coordinator with other discipline work packages and Site Interface Coordinator in lieu of the Interface Manager liaising with and resolving issues among various prime contractors of different packages.
Assisted in the mechanical equipment transportation planning and logistics. Formulated construction methodologies that are time- and cost-saving.
Handled more than 300 workers in civil, structural, mechanical, piping, welding and electrical strictly adhering to highly safe and quality work standards and practices.
Handled underground (RTR/GRP) piping works.
Constructed pipe-rack foundations (approx. 6kilometers/6levels).
Constructed 4 gas trains (approx. 4kilometers in total length).
Constructed 17 power substations including architectural/plumbing works.
Constructed 4 lift-stations including finish works.
Constructed foundations for flare and knockout drums.
