• Raising yearly revenue by preparing accurate profit and loss statements, and monthly closing.
• Lowering costs of goods by a detailed “cost accounting“ for more than 30 products.
• Enhancing financials by arranging monthly accruals, entries, and reconciling accounts.
• Managing our supplier’s payment on time every month.
• Temporary team management responsibilities.
• Supporting the general ledger accounts by monitoring data entry preparation.
• Controlling more than 100 accounting transactions per day.
• Decreasing accounting errors by completing internal audits of transactions.
• Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting, and analyzing account information.
This masters was not a traditional one, although we learned a lot about finance, we had an extensive focus on how to enhance our soft skills. So we worked for the whole year in a group of five in each course, where we should present a project at the end of each course. We had four modules during the year, in a campus outside of Barcelona, where we learned how to present, negotiate, and the art of negotiation.
