I'm a food safety manager and a health inspector in Mountain Gate Hotel and Resort in Rmeich-South Lebanon, my job is to inspect the processing of food and the packaging in addition to protect the client from any dangerous food toxics, although i'm responsible on inspecting disinfection protocols of the employees and the warehouse .
Quality Control And Food Safety Officer
• Monitor and assess the adherence to food safety procedures within applicable programs such
as school meal initiatives ensuring they meet food safety standards.
• Participate in the creation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of Food Safety and
Quality Assurance guidelines employed in the relevant programs
• Supervise and oversee the food safety inspection processes for school meal operations at
relevant locations.
• In the event of food safety incidents, assist in investigative efforts, under the guidance of the
unit head, to facilitate the documentation of lessons learned and reduce the likelihood of
such incidents recurring.
• Contribute to the evaluation of food suppliers, farmers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure
the availability of high-quality, locally sourced food products.
• Regularly provide reports on food safety, quality control, and program performance to
internal units responsible for these aspects.
• Aid in the development and execution of training programs in food safety and quality
assurance for staff involved in cooperating partners or entities involved in food sourcing for
the relevant programs, including school meal initiatives
• Inspect the packaged meals for any deficiencies
• Analyze and address possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses.
