• Represent Leidos under the CETS IV & V contracts and work hand in hand with
Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) on Prince Sultan Air Base
• Oversee C-130 aircraft maintenance program management as follows:
◦ Serve as primary point of contact for aircraft maintenance to successfully
dispatch necessary specialists and support equipment
◦ Plan for scheduled maintenance and take action to have unscheduled
maintenance completed successfully and safely
◦ Train the RSAF in aircraft maintenance techniques and strategies to
incorporate analysis findings helping extend aircraft service life.
◦ Identify issues, maintenance studies and interpret trends analysis while
incorporating problem solving
◦ Coordinate between Operations, Maintenance Squadron and RSAF HQ for
implementing flight schedules and maximizing probability of success to
meet the schedule requirements
◦ Take swift action for coordinating corrective and emergency measures for
in flight emergencies as well as ground emergencies and incidents
including Quality Control and Safety
• Expertise in GOLDesp system while training the RSAF and multi-national
contractors within C-130 Maintenance Operations Center on aircraft status, work
orders, flight and maintenance schedules, parts ordering and availability,
maintenance history and reports
• Knowledgeable in RSAF rules and regulations including aviation industry
specific maintenance procedures and standards and workplace safety
• Assist the RSAF in improving verbal and written English language while getting a
basic understanding of verbal Arabic language
• Reputable point of contact for Leidos colleagues to advise and discuss company
and local processes and compliance, onboarding, safety and functional support

• Provide project management with technical assistance and advice to senior staff
of Royal Saudi Air Force Officers in maintenance and engineering tasks for C
130 aircraft brought forth through the bases. This includes aircraft maintenance,
repair, servicing, status, inspections, investigations, aircraft and flightline
mishaps, contracts, supply, transportation, training, prepare and present briefings
• Monitor aircraft status on a daily basis and act upon problems that may have a
negative impact on operational readiness
• Highly regarded member of following projects: C-130 modernization program to
include glass cockpit avionics upgrading, VIP aircraft interior refinishing,
modernization of GTC to APU, KC-130H refueling pod and reel upgrade,
programmed depot maintenance for RSAF VIP C-130 fleet
• Responsible for Base audits (MSET) for process and safety compliance while
establishing improvements
• Time Compliance Technical Order and Service Bulletin Monitor. Determine
aircraft applicability, manage rescission dates and contact providers with issues
• Liaison for RSAF between Lockheed Martin, United States Air Force, Technical
Coordination Group, Alsalam Aircraft Company, Canadian Marconi Company
Middle East and MIRO Technologies
• Transition the RSAF and collect requirements from outdated uniface computer
maintenance program to modern, web-based, Java EE compliant application that
provides a full life-cycle maintenance, repair, overhaul and supply program
• Author of 5 maintenance Statement of Works for contracted aircraft maintenance
and additionally analyzing if new aircraft purchases can better meet RSAF needs
• Able to perform the work of additional personnel when needed due to lack of
manpower

• Oversee all branch operations and projects including managing 20 employees in
sales, customer service, warehouse and hose shop
• Responsible for and actively participates in the management of local team

for repair of aviation components for 50+ aircraft fleet
• Communicate with vendors and upper management for aircraft planning needs in
order to confirm and expedite purchase orders
• Attention to detail with part numbers required and correct traceability with
paperwork
• Incorporation of lean processing methods
• Discover potential shortages and issues prior to them happening and take action to
implement strategies and responses to minimize aircraft downtime due to parts
and equipment
• Train, manage and oversee parts personnel in daily operations and maintenance

• Handle ongoing and new projects as needed by senior director of maintenance,
director of supply chain and chief inspector of quality department
• Projects include: Aircraft interior refurbishment, aircraft covers, OSHA chemical
compliance, ISO9001 audit preparation, aircraft discrepancy trends analysis and
aircraft mechanic recruiting / evaluation

• Inspect all maintenance performed by shift personnel, hands on and paperwork
• Ensure all inspections and maintenance are properly performed and recorded
• Managed and directed maintenance teams up to 10 personnel
• Train technicians and ensure they are qualified to perform work assigned to them
• Confirm work is carried out in accordance with Repair Station and Manufacturer
manuals, in addition to FAA compliance

• Responsible for repair, inspecting, servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and
performing progressive maintenance phase inspections on Piper Archer III and
Piper Seminole aircraft
• Carryout unscheduled maintenance for aircraft discrepancies discovered by pilots
• Perform engine maintenance ranging from removal and installation to testing
cylinder compression, magneto timing, testing and change, overall inspection of
engine and removal and replacement of components including propeller,
alternator, starter and pumps
• Perform airframe maintenance to include flight control inspecting and rigging,
removal, replacement and repair of airframe components, servicing tires and struts

money while training new airmen how to use Technical Orders effectively
• Assisted HAZMAT Program; enforced compliance with strict local, state and

• Responsible for the annual inspection of all C-130 cargo aircraft located on
Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona
• Completed towing, jacking and shoring of aircraft as inspection team member
