- Joined as Financial Analyst in Jul’2008 and promoted as Asst. Finance Manager in Jan’2010 and rose to the level of Financial Manager in Jan’12.

Successfully assisted the merger with Emirates Investment and Development PJSC and D One Investment LLC along with KPMG for the valuation.
Define policies and procedures for proper controls and safeguarding of company assets utilizing established corporate guidance and acceptable practices.
Coordinate the external and internal audit activities and develop relationship with external auditors

Spearheaded successful migration of accounting software from present software to Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), including training of subordinates & other junior staff.
Actively involved in timely MIS reporting to our head office in Saudi Arabia.
Actively engaged in the Approval of Audit Draft by the Board of Directors on their meeting.
Handling all the accounting functions, Audit & other related matters including the branches in Abu Dhabi.
