Responsibilities:
Business Development Lead: Overlooking the Business Development Representatives, actively assisting, coaching, and training the sales team during visits and approaches. Simultaneously, focusing on following up with the team on their calls and visits to enhance numbers and improve the chances of closing deals. Along with constant innovation and building of new strategies aim to boost conversion rates, as well as conducting market researches. Assisting in prospecting potential clients for a white label mobile application, helping in visits to showcase the solution, and promptly following up with potential signees. Closing deals with various partners is also a crucial part of the process.
Central Account Management Lead: Overlooking the Accounts Managers in all countries and coordinating with the Tech team to initiate mobile application and CMS development, and liaising with the design team for logo requirements. Simultaneously, populating the CMS for tenants, conducting training sessions on CMS and mobile application usage, and regularly collecting feedback. Along with providing continuous support for tenant inquiries, and ensuring timely payments.
CRM Manager: importing data for all departments and countries, transitioning from excel sheets to CRM exclusively. This includes setting up companies, contacts, and deals properties for every department and country with
customized views. Additionally, deal pipelines are established for each team, followed by training sessions for various teams on HubSpot usage and optimization. Providing continuous support for adding new properties, data, or addressing inquiries is an ongoing commitment. Furthermore, creating dashboards and reports to visualize every department and every member's performance is part of the overall HubSpot management responsibilities.

Initiating contact with international companies, orchestrating Zoom meetings to discuss digital marketing services. Simultaneously, approaching prospects via LinkedIn, emails, cold calling, and social media platforms. Implementing daily HubSpot usage for client journey tracking and email marketing, generating leads by calling prospects and conducting follow-ups. Executing side projects to inform prospects about HubSpot's benefits. Strategically formulating and implementing novel sales strategies, consistently meeting personal targets. Engaging in data gathering, creating a comprehensive list of potential clients, and providing instant solutions for arising problems.
Initiating sales of small home appliances, beauty, and care products through phone calls in the GCC Region. Employing various techniques to successfully close sales. Simultaneously, conducting data gathering from customers to enhance insights. Utilizing SAP software seamlessly to store all information and manage invoices e ciently.
Visiting a set number of customers/retailers daily, negotiating with dealers to close sales becomes a priority. In parallel,
placing orders with purchasing managers ensures smooth transactions. The focus remains on securing visibility and
availability in the market. Additionally, there's strategic planning for customer growth and the optimal utilization of Point

Meeting both personal and team sales targets is a consistent priority. Eciently managing the collection of dues and
receivables from customers is part of the routine. Quick solutions for arising problems are provided, maintaining a
proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Selling Internet service by phone overseas in France, closing the sale using various techniques is a primary focus. In tandem, conducting data gathering from customers enhances insights for e ective communication. Additionally, there's a commitment to training and developing new joiners to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.
Meeting and assisting customers is a key aspect of daily operations.
