• Leads project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring systems to ensure controlled execution and alignment with
company objectives.
• Develops and manages project baselines (scope, schedule, and budget) in coordination with project managers and discipline leads.
• Monitors project progress, identifies schedule and cost variances, and prepares forecasts and recovery plans to mitigate risks.
• Prepares and presents executive-level project controls reports and dashboards for senior management decision-making.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary engineering design activities to ensure alignment with project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Tracks design progress, identifies interface risks, and facilitates coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and delays.
• Develop standardized project controls procedures, templates, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
• Leads, mentors, and managers control teams, ensuring high-quality outputs, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provides tendering and estimation support, including review of tender documents, scope gaps, schedule risks, and execution strategies.

• Provides meaningful, accurate historical quantity and cost data.
• Prepares monthly invoices to the client (Saudi Aramco).
• Prepares daily progress report to the client (Saudi Aramco).
• Prepares payment requests for subcontractors invoice.
• Expedites the supply request form, budget task allocation, and purchase requisition creation.
• Prepares the monthly Saudization report to the client (Saudi Aramco).
• Prepares the Saudization daily rosters to the client (Saudi Aramco).
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify work accomplishments.
• Conduct area walk-around to confirm subcontractor-issued quantities.
• Review and verify the quantities submitted by the subcontractor as well as calculations and approve the quantities.
• Review subcontractors monthly invoices, drawings, and manuals.
• Assist with cost analysis for subcontractor change requests/proposals.
• Assist with the development of detailed material take-offs.
• Assist to calculate the quantities caused by change order and estimate cost impact.

Job Description:
• Oversee quality control implementation of all ongoing projects and ensure the quality of construction materials incorporated conform to
standard specifications.
• Advises and confers with the Project Engineers and contractors on the use and application to the construction materials.
• Inspects all ongoing projects to determine whether the quality of construction materials conforms with the required specification.
• Checks / evaluates monthly materials testing reports and other quality control reports submitted.
• Validates QAU project assessment findings.
• Assist in the testing of construction materials.
• Interprets and evaluates test results based on actual testing of materials both in the field and main laboratory.
• Maintains the operating conditions of laboratory equipment and apparatus, requisition of materials, supplies, and equipment needed by the
laboratory.
• Gives advice on the acceptance or rejection of construction materials.
