- Milestone III of the project was proudly completed six days ahead of
schedule at 48.19 % project completion.
OMAN INDIA FERTILISER PROJECT (MECHANICAL)
Main Contr./ Consul.: JV (TEKNIP & SNAMPROJETI)
- Procurement: requesting, and chasing client’s approval of all
permanent material and finishes for 22 (twenty two) buildings, of which, an Administration building, eight electrical substations, and a control building.
- Contracts: Preparation of draft sub-contracts for all types of finishing work.
- At a later stage responsibilities expanded to include technical site
support, review of structural steel design drawings, and the preparation of shop/shaft drawings for several steel structures such as a) tripper track, b) conveyor gallery, c) steel shelters, and d) minor steel structural work.
- CCC share of the project was 63, 000, 000 O.R. ($ 163, 800, 000) while the over all project value was 374, 000, 000 O.R. ($ 972, 400, 000)
