• Preparation of:
o Detailed cost proposal based on the approved BOQ to be submitted to the Western Region Municipality (WRM) and consultant;
o Variation & extension of time related claims of the project;
o Weekly progress report on material, manpower and equipment cost monitoring of the project;
o Monthly progress reports and cash flow forecasting programs with respect on planned schedules of the projects;
o Monthly Progress Payment Applications (PPA) of the project;
o Material/subcontractor submittals, reconciliation reports, approvals & documents for material procurement and subcontractor works;
o Comparative analysis of subcontractors’ quotations with regards on prices, terms of payments and most especially in terms of capabilities and expertise on their craft, prior awarding the works.
o Subcontract Agreements, Letter of Intent (LOI) or Confirmations.
• To ensure that all works are backed-up by documents such as Scope of Works (Program of Works)and Site Instructions (SI) for payment application and other argumentative situation purposes or to safe guard the interest of the company;
• Cost controlling of all the resources of the project to oversee if it is in line with the prepared and submitted proposal/budget;
• Constructing/composing replies on the correspondences from the consultant based on the commercial aspects of the project;
• Directly reporting to the Project Manager and perform other tasks given/advice to do so.
