Road Café was established in the beginning of year 2001. It launched its first outlet in August of the same year. These outlets serve hot drinks, cold drinks and pastries. These services are provided to its customer using drive thru concept. Its targeted customer is motorist on highways. Currently, it is running this business in Eastern and Central province, Saudi Arabia. Road Café imports products to make these drinks from Italy, USA and Germany. Road Café is a whole seller for these materials to coffee shops in local market.
Brief Job Description:
•Prepares all store-offered beverages
•Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
•Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
•Mix ingredients to prepare hot & cold drinks
•Plan and present bar menu
•Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
•Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
•Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Basic duties: Receiving, greeting and seating of guests.
Remove dirty plates and dishes from the guest table, cleaning tables after customers have finished their meals.
Responsible for taking guest order for food and beverage and serving them.
Collecting payments from customers.
Stocking work stations with silverware, napkins, and other supplies.
Preparing tables for meals.
Attentive to guest needs when ordered or required.
Job description: becoming a member of a food service crew you need to know what is expected. In most cases, the description of the job is to be able to work well in a fast paced environment, be able to work well with others and have the ability to try and learn new things. You will also need to be customer and service oriented and be outgoing and friendly in order to meet the needs of the customers.
