• Develop and monitor Clause 14 schedules for projects.
• Set up the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) according to the Project’s scope of work.
• Set up reporting formats, S-curves and histograms for the projects.
• Implementation of sub-contractors plans into main schedule.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress report for Management and Clients.
• Updating of schedules during the project execution and ensure any potential delays are highlighted to the Project Manager.
• Support the Project Manager in the preparation and negotiation on contract variations.

• Develop progress measurement system for projects.
• Monitoring/update of project progress measurement, preparation of regular reports for internal purposes and for clients.
• Support Project Managers in preparation and updating of cash flow statements.
• Plan resource requirements, monitor manpower deployment schedules and assist in forecast.
• Coordinate with project manager/ lead engineer and site manager to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Quantity take-off for tender with different type of structures (stadium, shopping mall, hotel, villa, mosque, school hospital and etc.) Can handle Architectural, Structural and Landscapping quantity take-off.
• Performing variation quantity.
• Attend pre-tender meeting/site visit.
• Perform drainage rate analysis ( like manhole, chamber, trenches).
• Evaluating sub-contractors/suppliers of their proposal or quotation, to ensure that meet the client needs and specifications.

• Performed surveying works of roads: like leveling, setting out, staking out for back filling and cutting in Ministry of Communication (MOC) and Local Government projects and sanitary sewerage networks (profile and mapping) Ministry of Water and Electricity in conformance with the requirements of the Ministry in the Kingdom.
• Taking quantity of earthworks, asphalt, concrete and reinforced bar for culvert.
• Taking actual quantity of asphalt in rural road for payment.
• Knowledgeable in operating electronic engineers level, theodolite and Lieca TC705 total station.
• Closely coordinate with the project managers regarding the deficiencies and variations of design in the project.

• Supervised all site works like excavation, backfilling, base preparation, paving and culverts.
• Manpower supervision.
• Communicate DPWH inspectors pertaining to the plan and design.

• Supervised site works in sud-division roads project.
• Performed surveying works like profile, leveling, contouring, lay-outing of roads, culverts and lots.
