MACHINES HANDLED:
Benhil & Corazza Machines- produce Maggi Chicken Bouillon and other varieties
Mespack Machine-produce Maggi Chicken Noodle Soup and other varieties
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
To operate the Benhil, Corazza and Mespack Machines efficiently and produce the required volume of finished product according to (MSA) Master Schedule Attainment plan.
Perform minor trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
Operates the machine to achieve optimum production based on the prescribed SOP and PPE.
Conduct line checking of finished product quality, correct fill weight, correct code, and product presentation parameters.
Maintains a clean work area by following the NGMP, 5S and Pesonal Hygiene.
Checks all the Critical Control Points (CCP) and control points (CP) in area of responsibilities.
Work closely with the Quality Control Assistant to achieve desired quality standards.
Record the weight of 8 Etuis samples every 30 mins.
Ensures proper Shift Handover of the line and KPI before leaving work area.
Perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Report to the shift supervisor and coordinates with the line mechanic on the machine trouble and malfunction

I’m currently working in Saudi Foods Industries (NESTLE KSA) one of the most prestigious company worldwide as Production & Technical Employee. I was assigned to operate old and new model Benhil & Corazza machines, producing high quality products of Maggi Bouillon in the Middle East countries. On call to operate Mespack Filling & Packaging Machine, producing Maggi soup ( dry powder) during vacation leave of co- operator.

Tokiwa wrapping machine - produce Payless instant noodles.
Bosch wrapping machine - produce pillow pack candies.
Tevopharm wrapping machine - produce cloud 9 chocolate bars.
To operate the machine efficiently and produce the required volume of finished product according to plan.
Perform machine maintenance and trouble shooting.
Check the calibration of weighing scale.
Mix the necessary ingredients.
Get the PH of dough every batch.
Recording and monitoring temp. gauge, speed (RPM) weight of product & cuts per min. every hour.
Monitoring & recording of PH, moisture content, coating ratio of the product ( online Q.C.)
Conduct line checking of finished product quality, leak test, correct fill weight, correct code and product presentation parameters.
Maintains a clean work area by following the GMP, 5S & personal hygiene.
Ensures proper turnover of production before leaving work area.
Inform the supervisor in all matters affecting machine operation.
Perform other duties as maybe assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
