Responsibility
•Responsible for physical inspection of all piping’s / mechanical installations and ensuring that all Contractor personnel and workmanship working in accordance with approved designs, international codes, standards and procedures
•Review of P&ID's, Layouts, Isometrics & various piping related drawings and documents.
•Review and approve or disapprove method statements for inspection & test plans (ITP)submitted by vendors and construction contractors.
•Ensured that drawing and documents used for construction are “issued for construction” and are the current revision.
•Responsible for coordinating with the various contractors to ensure that the approved Health & Safety / QA/QC procedures and the Quality Plan are implemented during inspection activities.
•Witness pre-commissioning works internal cleaning (using foam and pig) by pneumatic and gauging.
•Review hydro test, packages and updating reports, documentation and schedules.
•Site Inspection (Coating Evaluation / Holidays testing/ Blasting Profile)
•Review the piping and equipment layout design relevant to the assigned unit or area. Verify piping isometrics in the reference P&ID’s. Review the piping and bulk material take offs and bill of material.

Responsibilities
•Conduct inspection, surveillances and monitoring of various mechanical works, piping, painting and welding as per approved inspection and test plan.
•Perform piping and equipment layout design relevant to the assigned unit and Prepare piping general arrangements and piping isometrics.
•Equipment Installation - Alignment & Elevation Survey (Vertical Vessel & Horizontal Vessel).
•Tank Closure Inspection and final line checking prior for hydro test.
•Involved in Pre-commissioning and commissioning work.
•Evaluate the tank condition for repairing or replacement as per international standard and codes practices. (API 650 and 653)
•Monitoring the Storage, Handling & Preservation of incoming materials.
•Calculate & Estimate material requirements for piping and structural work
•Ensuring that all the rules and regulations of Health, safety & Environment Policy are included in all the maintenance plans.
•Ensure that all equipment and materials delivered are in correct quantities and in good condition. Ensure engineering designs and equipment selections are consistent with project technical requirements and estimate.
Create a full set of working drawings prior for fabrication works.

Duties and Responsibilities (Turnkey Project)
•Involved in Mechanical / Piping Works, Costing & Estimation/Planning.
•Supervised the Storage Tank Lifting, Maintenance, replacement of plates, cleaning and repair.
•Equipment Verification and Visual Inspection prior for repairing or replacement
•Provides comprehensive engineering, inspection, rehabilitation, repair, repainting and preventative maintenance services for the storage tanks.
•Responsible to analyze the drawing, supervise the activity from fabrication to installation, planning the duration of work, distributing and managing the work and ensure safety measure
•Assist the AutoCAD Operator, preparation of isometrics and supporting details for all construction drawings.
•Monitoring the site activity for tank repair (shell or bottom plate replacement.)
•Prepared test packages and updating reports, documentation, schedules, take-off timetable, and gave presentations.
•Conduct inspection, surveillances and monitoring of various mechanical works, piping, painting and welding as per approved inspection and test plan.
