A member of the aftermarket sales and service operational team, the primary objective of the role was to develop and manage infrastructure and provide the support essential to promote and control the service contract.

• Lead customer relationships and service contracts, resolving commercial and contract variations in a timely manner and ensured repeat business and full customer satisfaction
• Managed relationship problems, not only poor performance but changes to requirement/ user needs; conflict of objectives and unforeseen events aiming for early diagnosis

The primary objective of the role was to respond to key vendors’ distributors’ and dealers’ inquiries and concerns on warranty claims, status, payments and any other related issues. Arranged warranty reports back to the factories and data consolidation to ensure constant product improvement while ensuring the warranty guidelines were adhered to. Effectively monitored and audited key vendors on warranty and provided warranty training certification to key vendors’ distributors’ and dealers’.
