Electrical/ELV Inspector in New Al Ain Hospital.
Job Responsibilities:
600 Bed General Hospital, 2 Basement + Ground + Medical Floor + Mechanical + 3 Typical Floors Project
Review and approved as built drawings and ensure its compliance with design and the contract requirements, properly coordinate with other disciplines and submit as per the construction schedule.
Conduct Material Inspection Request ensuring compliance with Material Submittal Approval according to the project requirements and specification, local authority regulation and international standard.
Review and approved MIR, Ensure the necessary documents are attached. Ensure the materials delivery are compliance in Material Submittal Approval. Check if there are any physical defects during the shipment in the project site laydown area from the supplier/manufacturer factory and advice the contractor to keep the materials in proper storage. Check the quantity a per delivery notes.
Monitor site activities closely to ensure quality of workmanship is in compliance with Method Statement Submittal Approval according to the project specification, local authority regulation and international standard.
Develop and maintain quality of work relevant to Method Statements Submittal approval according to the project specification, Local Authority Regulation and International Standard.
Ensure that any activity offered for WIR inspection has an approved MIR, Shop Drawing, Method Statement, Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Carry out site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP. Reflect red mark or sketch drawing for as built drawing approval.
Ensure the WIR offered by the contractor are complete in site installation. Check and review the prerequisite work activities are approved, the 1st fix, 2nd fix and final fix installation.
Issuance of Site Observation Report and NCR for non-compliance work and material activities in the entire project
Attend Testing and Commissioning for ELV services installation. Cable testing, loop test, Insulation, resistance and continuity test. Device and equipment functionality test, Interfacing and integration in the other system and System graphics at workstation.
Attend Snagging and De Snagging of Electrical, ELV worked activities as per assigned area.
Ensure all snagging are synchronized in ONSITE program for site rectification.
Check and review of as built drawing for approval. Ensure the red line mark drawing are incorporate as per site installation.
