 Manage and liaise with contractors in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality, safety, standards, and within the time frame. (Key Performance Indicator)
 Perform final measurement upon work completion to determine the final cost adjustment for the client’s approval.
 Perform proper documentation and filings of architectural / building / civil works and maintenance records.
 Responsible for any building and civil issue on the area of responsibility
 Submit reports required by the management and client regarding the work whenever necessary
 Submit weekly action plan
 Enforces and adopts safety measure at all times
 Monitor closely the civil cases, service orders, purchase orders under area of responsibility and keep them to the minimum number
