Report directly to Zonal Senior Manager.
Provide and analyze cost estimation for the works and get clients approval to dispatch Service Orders.
Perform building and civil preliminary inspections upon client’s request to determine the defect, regulate maintenance quality, review contractor’s staff’s performance, audit and review contractor’s maintenance records and standards.
Manage and liaise with contractors in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality, safety, standards, and within the time frame. (Key Performance Indicator)
Perform final measurement upon work completion to determine the final cost adjustment for the client’s approval.
Perform proper documentation and filings of architectural / building / civil works and maintenance records.
Responsible for any building and civil issue on the area of responsibility
Submit reports required by the management and client regarding the work whenever necessary
Submit weekly action plan
Enforces and adopts safety measure at all times
Monitor closely the civil cases, service orders, purchase orders under area of responsibility and keep them to the minimum number
Reviews and closely monitors project schedule and cost to ensure schedule and budget are met
Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment report to evaluate project status
Liaise with the contractor on the project issues and solve the problem when occurred
Coordinates with the engineer to ensure correct implementation of procedures and requirements
Coordination, monitoring, an control of all safety, health, and welfare issues on site
Timely identification, request for procurement and delivery on site of all materials and resources to effect timely and undisrupted completion
Monitor the development, implementation, and maintenance of the project quality system
Estimate, Site Inspection, Bid Evaluations, Supervise Finishing / Interior Fit-out construction and Quality Control, Project Coordination to Other Trades (MEPFS)
Control the deployment of equipment and manpower base on the demand of the project.
Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment report to evaluate project status
Liaise with the contractor on the project issues and solve the problem when occurred
Coordinates with the engineer to ensure correct implementation of procedures and requirements
Coordination, monitoring, and control of all safety, health, and welfare issues on site
Monitor the development, implementation, and maintenance of the project quality system
Supervise, witness, approve, reject and perform material testing, indoor and outdoor of different kinds such as CONCRETE, SOIL, ASPHALT, BRIDGE and others.
Issue site instructions and memoranda to the concerned for non-compliance of materials and the methodology being used.
Recommends materials with lower cost but same quality of the original material.
Investigate the adequacy of every material with utmost honesty and always let the proper authority knows about the result of it.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management of the company.
