•Hiring of full time staff which involved but not limited to job ad posting, shortlisting of applicants, forwarding the shortlisted CVs to the requesting departments, writing correspondence to selected applicants for completion of files, schedule of interview (on-site or video), contract / visa preparations, etc.
•Regular coordination with the concerned department for staff requirement.
•Periodic processing of contract renewals/termination for Lecturers-B and Research Assistants.
•Maintains HR Staff Affairs Recruitment Manager in the Oracle E-Business-Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP System).
•Periodically assists in processing Staff Ticketing/Vacation requests thru the ERP System.

•Conceptualized Guidance Program according to grade/year level and evaluation was done based on its implementation.

•Conducted conferences with parents/teachers depending on student’s concerns and make referrals to outside agencies when the need arises.
