Organize and manage patient’s health information data.
Transcribe Discharge Summary and Birth Notifications as requested by the Doctor.
Assemble In Patient and Out Patient files (JCIA standard)
Communicate to the physician or other medical professional to clarify diagnoses and or to obtain additional information.
Maintain and Analyze Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Mediware System.
Ensure the loose documents to be attached to the EMR and to the physical file.
Prepares patient’s files for following day appointments
Collecting dispatch files from Out Patient Clinics and Wards.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Propose civil works, mechanical and electronic projects for the improvement of sugar production using Auto Cad, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office.
Gathers data and prepares operational, financial, technical and personnel reports as required by the Department Head.
Does site visit as part of preparation for project drawings and calculations.
Takes notes during meetings and prepares minutes.
Does technical research as required by the Department Head.
Develops an electronic and manual filing system appropriate to the needs of the Department.
Coordinates with operating supervisors in gathering data and in preparing reports.
Assist supervisor in making projects assigned by the factory manager.
Making daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to the Factory Manager.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned.
Operating the Book Binding machine, Cutting and Printing Machine
Deliver Finished Products (Books, Magazine, Manuals, etc.) to the University Bookstore and teachers.
Troubleshooting of Electronic Devices of the University Press.
