Key responsibilities
• Supervise accounts receivable / payable / billing executives, team of 8.
• Ensure billing done accurately and on timely manner to maintain speedy collection.
• Monitor payments due from clients and promptly contact them for past due payments.
• Visit clients on weekly basis to maintain strong relationships for timely payment.
• Research and resolve accounts related discrepancies.
• Create daily / weekly / monthly reports to maintain cash flow to management.
• Provide timely actuals, forecast and budget data for corporate management.
• Prepare accurate financial statements at end of the quarter for audit.
• Work with management at the project level to ensure expense plans are achieved.
• Implement new technology ideas for process automations to encourage continuous improvement with IT team.
Handles calls and promptly forwards them to appropriate person among employees.
Responsible for scheduling meetings for all employees; escorts visitors to staff members' offices, along with provides hospitality service arrangements as requested by staff.
Compose and distribute inter-departmental memorandums (e-mail, documentary and voice) ensuring timely delivery and receipt of important information while at the time maintaining confidentiality.
Established and maintains electronic records management system for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Compilation of reports, handling projects, Team Handling, building & maintaining strong client/candidate relationship across the organization internally and externally.
