• Support the project manager, project team and client to ensure that the project is on schedule, within budget and meets the requisite deliverables.
• Assist Project Manager and teams in ensuring optimum use of project management disciplines and agile methodology.
• Liaise with client to understand and determine the project requirement and objectives.
• Manage documents and data related to project management; project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement.
• Track and monitor project progress and prepare project status reports to ensure project progresses as per schedule and deliverables deadlines are met.
• Prepare presentations to update senior management on the projects progress and showcase the projects value.
• Organize and attend stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Organize project team meetings.
• Prepare MOM and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assist in task allocation to team members and in resource scheduling.
• Track and communicate project risks and opportunities to project team.
• Document User Acceptance Testing
• Test Data Migration and provide analysis on the issues/patterns in order to take corrective measures.
• Run SQL queries to extract data and provide reports updates to the stakeholders.
• Prepare Software User Guide.
• Log & follow up on user stories on Azure DevOps.
