• Creates and designs graphics for layout of all forms of printed matter including comprehensive marketing campaigns featuring booklets, brochures, newsletters, posters, flyers, maps, logos as well as supporting materials such as slides and computer-based presentations; uses computer graphic methods of preparing layouts of camera-ready artwork.
• Confers with in house group clients, writers, business managers, trainers and others regarding project specifications such as paper stock, graphic content, layout and media requirements; create composites and develop concepts depending on needs and budgetary considerations.
• Monitor fashion brands identity application on the signage production and interior design construction, and ensuring that the design execution is properly aligned with each fashion brand image and identity.
• Enhancing existing corporate identity by applying brand directions and design continuities on all company’s standard stationeries, architectural graphics for marketing and advertising.
• Designs and constructs visual displays and POS collaterals; and determines materials and equipment best suited for the job.
• In charge in creating training manuals for visual merchandising, customer service presentation handbooks and architectural maps and technical graphics
• Prepares cost estimates for persons requesting graphic design services; oversees graphic arts supply inventory and maintains department filing systems for completed artwork and archival computer files.
• Enhancing existing corporate identity by applying brand directions and design continuities on all company’s standard stationeries, architectural graphics for marketing and advertising.

• Conceives ideas, concepts, and design campaigns for advertising and marketing activities, and coordinates with the creative and marketing directors in the creation of multifaceted communication materials in web and print such as: fashion brochures, magazines, flyers, posters newsletter, web contents and other mediums for a variety of sales promotional development.
• Provide assistance to the creative director and marketing managers on training activities such as: Law of Visual Merchandising, Branding Management and Customer Service Orientation.
• In charge in creating training manuals for visual merchandising and customer service presentation handbooks.
• Enhancing existing corporate identity by applying brand directions and design continuity on all company’s standard stationeries.
• Coordinating with the retail showroom managers on the proper distributions and allocations of each retail brands, and ensuring that specific fashion labels are organized and installed properly to its designed locations.
• In charge in the packaging designs of Industrial products such as: epoxies, paints, adhesives, lacquer thinners, sealants and the like
• Provide trainings to the junior designers and other design staff to enhance their creative and technical skills in graphic designing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and the like.
• Responsible in developing industrial packaging standards and technical specifications accordingly to the good fittings and visual impact of the products from the shelves and display racks
• Developing corporate website and maintain the creative write ups, promotional ad campaign banners, update product images and product technical specifications
• In charge in conceptualizing the product story boards for TV and RADIO commercial spots
• Developing promotional ad campaigns such as: print ads, posters, brochures for newly launched products
• Redefining market researched through actual visitation to the area where specific product is strategically positioned to its market, and evaluates how target customers reacted on the products quality and to its application.
