• Responsible for execution of project from initial level to completion stage.
• Providing lighting solution for the client, contractor and consultant various
option in lighting by analyzing the project specification (technically,
architecturally) and make sure that will met the budget.
• Proficiency in project planning, preparation and implementation, which turn
helps to develop strategy for selling more effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with my team to prepare lighting simulation as per the proposal
lighting and present to our Client for them to see the effect of the light.
• Prepare technical offer, costing in all received inquiry especially ongoing
project.
• Preparing technical submittals and compliance statement for the approval of
the proposed materials.
• Communicate to our manufacturer and let them understand all the technical
details that project need to comply with all the requirement specially custom
made product.
• Technical Support in our Clients before and after sales.
• Visiting site after the materials delivered to ensure that all its proper install
and connected to their main line
• Handling most of the technical meeting at the site, whenever there is some
clarification or issues.
• Supervise and participate in warehouse activities related to receiving,
storing, shipping, dispatching and delivery of materials and supplies to
ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations and material
transportation.
• Supervise, coordinate and participate in special and scheduled warehouse
material inventories as required.
• Experienced in group leadership and team coordination.
• Conduct inventory reports and monitoring stock availability.
• Supervising staff and ensure organized items neatly and presentable inside
the showroom.
• Maintain schedules for deliveries, delivery routes as well as schedules of
maintenance on delivery truck and equipment to ensure efficient operation
of vehicles and equipment upon business operation.
• Maintain contact with our customers to ensure that their needs have been met.
• Assist customers with any additional information that they need after the
purchase.
• Provide a good customer service and give the customer satisfaction they
enter the store.
• Analyzing requirement and proposing appropriate solution for the lighting
needs,
• Effective sales and management skills.
• Make sure to reach sale target before end of the month.
• Responsible in replenishing and display product.
• Verification of sales offers, LPO, acceptance letters & payment terms.
• Coordinate with the supplier for the Special product requests.
