* Advance requisition of the materials needed by Instrument construction team from warehouse
* Updating material status and inventory which received from warehouse
* Verification of requested material such as quantity, appearance condition and qualifications
* Daily meeting with construction team and material team
* Ensure proper handling and standard preservation of material
* Responsible for daily activities of heavy Equipments such as loading/unloading, arrangement of materials in lay-down yard, and lifting operations.
* Safe keeping of all material documents such as material issue slip, material inventories, material request slips and delivery notes.
* Updating of material stock quantity in storage and quantity issued on site.
* Integrated Material Management System computer operation.
* Coordinate with storekeepers for material locations, material documents and material preservation.
* Material receiving inspection status verification from QC Inspector
* Failure Analysis and Disassembly (Level A & B)
* Failure Analysis (Customer Claims/Lot-out claims)
